strange problem

We have been using the PM mod for quite a while with absolutely no problems at all, but today we are getting this error

No changes has been made to our forum today at all, indeed no changes has been made for ages, anyone know how to fix this error? And more importantly why its just started for no reason?

check the file modify/uploaded date!

the problem seams 99.9% that someone modified the file, cause that is for sure an invalid char in ASP / VBScript.

My inc_func_common asp line 1308 is

ReplaceURLs = ReplaceURLs & strArray(Counter)

So not sure why I am getting the error! can anyone shed any light on this? its worked fine for years.
