I say you should never feel like you can't post a question here, as long as you take into consideration that there may be other places on the web that are larger sources of information on specific topics.

This particular forum isn't for technical questions. And in general, the Snitz forums are provided to help with Snitz-oriented issues, and the occasional non-Snitz question in the asp and net forums. There are plenty of general purpose support forums on the net that can help with html and xml questions.
