I browsed around but didnt see a MOD that allows you to add new ranks. Is there such a creation? I think it would be an awesome MOD to have and I would appreciate a response.
Custome Titles work fine. You could make a dropdown on the admin screen to allow you to select a rank instead of a freeform title field... no MOD required to just type in the ranks.
Alternately, you could use the avetar MOD to put a rank picture under the person's name.
