Looked on yahoo and download.com for Access 2000/2002 but could not find it, do i have to buy it?

yes you have to buy it. Access comes as part of MS Office Professional ... probably somewhere around $300 or more $579 full version, $329 upgrade. Access by itself is $339 full, $109 upgrade. If you are a student or a teacher, you might be able to get a discount.
