Well, even though we don´t agree, it´s really not that important - easy to change, as I said.

Quick Reply Rules!
Just had to say it!
That space to the left is interesting....i can widen the textarea, make a mode to use it, add MOTD, a warning, a picture of myself...I like that one most..
Next MOD: Picture of snaayk on quickreply.

Why does the Reply on post.asp have a screensize option but the quick reply doesn't.
By that I don't mean that quick reply should have it... but what is the point of it being on post.asp? Why not just have it be as long as the table below it (that shows the current posts) - this is how quick reply is done?

the QUICK reply is so you can just post a quick reply, whereas POST.ASP allows you to do formatting add smilies, and change the width of the post window sa that you can see what you are posting without wrapping etc, we could just give you a single line edit box,and save all the stupid discussion. |

Exactly what Huw said... The Quick Reply is not a feature laden post box, if you need all the extra stuff on the post page, then use that instead.
during testing I did try using style="width:100%;" but it didn't work on every browser I tried it on. |

I have no problems at all with the quick reply.
I was just wondering why screensize is needed... every other table is relative except for that one.

I hate to say it, but the Quick Reply will be one of the first things I remove. Don't ask me why but I just don't like it.

Really?
I think it's really useful - for a start you can naturally see the previous post / reply - as the size of the reply textarea is that much smaller.
Generally I think it's all round a good idea.

Now look what you guys made Huwr do. You made him turn off the quick reply before I could even get to enjoy it.
