Is there going to be an upgrade only version, that will have only the different files from 3.3.05 to 3.4?

ALL the files have been touched, whether it's to change everything to response.writes or the break out the inc_functions to the separate files. It's a whole new version, not just a patch.

I dont think BST is a time zone, but huwr is in the UK which I think is 6 hours ahead of the people in the US whould would put it between 1 am and 3 am central
