You should probably provide details of what mobile platform(s) you are interested in as they are all different

Right now, they want a proof-of-concept simple iphone and ipad application that will communicate with each other via an API
service that is being developed separately.

That's not what they are looking for. They want a sample program from anyone interested, there will be contracted jobs offered. I'm just trying to put mobile programmers in contact with the people searching.

If anyone's interested in a contract offer, send me a screenshot of a mobile app you've made (or are in process of making). Apparently the customer(s) are getting eager. LOL
