CRM for what? Snitz Forum...? if it is Snitz, No tere is not.

If it's for websites, just Googleit, you wil found hundreds of CMS solutions

I'm a developer for one of them: DynamicWeb<

CollinSmith

just because something is open source DOES NOT MEAN IT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. with an attitude like that you probably should not be posting questions here.

balexander CRM and CMS are not the same
CRM = Customer Relationship Management
CMS = Content Management System

they are in no way the same thing at all<

CollinSmith - If you want a commercial CRM, there are plenty of companies that'll take your money. Try Microsoft, Onyx, Goldmine for starters (I've been out of CRM world a while now, but those brands will, I'm sure, live on in some form).

There are some equally good CRM's in the open arena, and indeed you can pay for support contracts on them too.

Either way, factor in a heap of time or cash for consulting to get the install right for your org, everyone's different.<

Read the reviews before choosing a product. I worked as a consultant with a firm that used Goldmine some years ago. They had severe problems quite often (which drove their need for me to keep visiting).

Just Google CRM review and get a few opinions from different reviewers before locking yourself into an expensive proposition.<
