if someone has their city, state and country filled out, it all displays. if they don't have their city filled in, but they're state & country, it only displays country. but if you put in no state, and your city and country, it displays that.
i haven't looked at the code much. i'll give it a shot, but thought i'd post here in case anyone already knew the answer.

whoops.
i've been working on other things, i forgot about this one.
i have two main things: the html in netscape (users can't modify their profile right now on my board) & security. locked users posting messages & i must be able to ban IP's unfortunately. but, this doesn't seem so hard. i'll give it my attention today unless someone else volunteers.
