this is because the admin options use a session var to authenticate you, ublike the rest of the forum, so althouh you have logged out of the forum, you are still logged in as admin by the admin_options
well... this gets into a phylisophical one too... caus you don't have to be logged into the forums to get into the admin section... so a logout that abandons the session might be an option... it's a simple button
