i know "" is used in asp to output single quotes. but, it's used in improper places in inc_profile.asp.
if you change this in the right places, it's a great design fix.
for example: go look to edit your profile (or go to registration form). notice font breaks, and some table disalignment (is that a word? if not - i got creation dibs  ). it's not pretty.
then, make sure all the quotes are single quotes where appropriate. go view profile edit or registration form again. look! pretty!
i didn't mark the spots i made changes. i just did a few "find & replace"s. i have a fixed file if you want me to e-mail it to you. i suggest anyone who wants to do this on their own, and you guys make the easy fix for the next version.
i don't think it was like this in 3.1, but the alpha i have and the alpha in use here.
this is a couple of things in a few days. nothing major, but i'm happy cuz it's the only stuff i'll find since i don't really know asp
