I run IIS 5.0 on win 2000. Connection string are OK and setup.asp said OK.
But on default.asp I get this message.


Error Type:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80004005)
Operation must use an updateable query.
/forum/inc_functions.asp, line 644


Browser Type:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows NT 5.0)

How do I solve this problem?

you do not have the correct security permisions set onthe directory contatining your db.

You need to assign read/write and modify rights to the IUSR_XXXXXX account

No, no, this is all OK. It has to be something else.
The Database is in directory with some other db.
I can normaly use that one.
