Check your config.asp file and set the
strConnString so it points to the database.
Also check if strDBType is set to the right databasetype.

i have choosen this variable :"strConnString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=" & Server.MapPath("/Database/snitz_forums_2000.mdb") '## MS Access 2000 using virtual path"

my file snitz_forums_2000.mdb is in my folder 'Database' for my ftp sever , when i run the file setup.asp i have an error !! The database could not be opened !!

please help me !!!

Get the whereami.asp file from http://63.219.181.102/archive/redirect.asp?linkid=17 and load it to the directory which contains the database file and run it. That should tell you exactly what to put in your connection string.

Did you remember to uncomment the database type???
