My host, Pipeten, thinks it is an issue with the Snitz code, but as that hasn't changed I don'tthink they are right. I got this response. "Looking into this further the issue seems to be related to the code itself, not the server / applied updates.
I have been able to upload images to your account using an ASP classic upload script. This can be seen within the third level domain aspupload.pipeten.co.uk. To enable the script, you will need to edit the default.asp file, changing line five from:
secure=false 'needs to be true - do NOT set to true without additional security checks! to secure=true 'needs to be true - do NOT set to true without additional security checks!
This will allow you to then upload content without any error messages. If this was an issue caused by a Windows update, I would expect to see the problem present within the provided code."

Your host is full of it. That doesn't use a classic ASP uploader, but a shockwave flash file to handle jquery processing. |

Yup, they are suggesting I use Uploadify214 and that something is wrong with my code. Up to now I have been very pleased with Pipeten, but their response this time isn't too helpful. The trouble is that I am not good enough to see exactly what is causing the problem. |

My hosting company has now done some further investigation and testing and has replied
"I've confirmed that the Hotfix you've supplied cures the problem and was able to upload a file afterwards." I am now waiting for them to update their servers. |

Just to say that Pipeten have applied the latest Microsoft updates, which has resolved the upload issue. Assuming the updates were global, everyone else should now be able to upload files. |
