gglosser, the instructions are on the first post in this topic and also in the readme.txt file in the zip.
And this mod isn't just for SQL users. It will work for Access databases too. Don't where you got that this mod was made for SQL. Most mod authors try to make the mods compatible with all database versions that are supported by snitz. If they can't, they usually test them on Access databases only and hope for the best for MySQL and SQL users.

You would also need to re-create the tables ...
I have tried to install the ban ip, but i failed... then I tried the rebuild, but it failed too ! - The error(s) are:

Where and when did you download that file?
1) I didn't provide any script to drop any tables from the database. 2) The C_STRBANIP and C_STRBANIPRANGE fields are set to INTEGER in the script, not byte.
You are using sql?

This mod is now working by me - I THINK! - the case is: I have not yet tryed it out, I don´t want to ban myself. What does it looks like if a banned user try to acces the forum ?

gglosser,
I use Access 2000 and just downloaded the files in the original post and went from there and they work fine. Worked real easy.

Davio,
So what is the final set of files and instructions for this MOD? I need to place it on my Forums (with Access 2000) as soon as possible.
Thanks, Gisele

No, this mod does not work with the 3.3 version. It will soon be updated for the 3.3 version. If you want, you can subscribe to this topic, so you will be notified when it is released for the 3.3.
