What do you mean? attach to a topic or a message/post?
to attach an image into a message, you need to have a MOD to upload the image into your website, and then use the URL into the message.
by default Snitz accept an image URL, so you choose one of the dozens of images hosting website, like ImageShack, upload the file, grab the last code (Image URL) from it and paste into your message using the IMG button
to use the IMG button properly, just in the post a new topic/post a reply choose PROMPT in the drop down box for Format Mode, and click in the IMG icon ( ) and in the JavaScript popup window paste the image URL that you copied from the ImageShack, something like <img src= ..... >.
