Creating a new forum error

When I try to create a new forum under a category the new forum form opens and I can fill in all the necessary information, but when I click on the Post new Forum button I get an error that looks like this:

You must have changed your post_info.asp, as a result of a mod addition. The first suggestion is to check the mod instructions regarding that area of the file.<
