Look in your files for this code and remove the <!-- and the -->

	<!--   <table border=0 width="95%" align="center" cellpadding="4" cellspacing="0">
	  <tr>
        <td align="left"><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" size="1">
       <a href="http://forum.snitz.com" target="_blank"><acronym title="#1508;#1493;#1514;#1495; #1506;#1500;-#1497;#1491;#1497; Snitz Forums 2000 Version 3.1 SR4"><img src="logo_powered_by.gif" border=0></acronym></a><br><font size=1>#1514;#1493;#1512;#1490;#1501; #1500;#1506;#1489;#1512;#1497;#1514; #1506;#1500;-#1497;#1491;#1497; <a href="http://www.coolscripts.co.il" target="_blank">CoolScripts.co.il</a>. #1499;#1500; #1492;#1494;#1499;#1493;#1497;#1493;#1514; #1513;#1502;#1493;#1512;#1493;#1514;.</font>
        </font></td>
      </tr>
	</table>-->

This part is not Snitz:

you are using a very very old version so it is possibly called inc_top.asp

however I would advice that you do not use the version you have, there are some quite serious security issues with the version you are running<
