is there any mailing list mod available ?

I tried to search but no luck ... any help will be appreciate, or I can do the MOD and shared, there is no problem, but better ask 1st than have the work and it was available ...

that is the newsletter mod that I have correct
It is in italian and You need registration to download it
It works in access and mysql

Does this mod allow a administrator to draft up an e-mail to send out to all registered users? I'm looking for a mod like that.

yes it lets you send an email to register user to newsletter, not to user of forum if they are not subscribed to newsletter.

balexandre: have you registered and haven't received the mail?
what username have you used?
if you cannot register send me an email with your data.

By The Way, I was not able to tell you then in that time, and I forgot: your Captcha is not good cause color blind persons will never guess the numbers ! try to use other set of images!

OT: Chapta is a choose of admin, I will tell him. In distribution images are better resoved.

I think you can do it, because the mod is on snitzbitz with an old version not quite working, i have translated and correct bugs, cahnging something to have a correct work in access and mysql.

just a litle advice, there is the file load_newsletter_all.asp that add all your user to newsletter, but it has a bug inside, as it is running from everyone and shows email address to who is running it..
this is the update file, or remove that file once you have used (it needs only one run)
no file call that file, it has to be called directly

This is a file updated with fix
