I'm using 3.4.06 with Gatekeeper and the Site Integration mod too.

Several members are commenting that they can't get in - in the members list their padlock symbol appears closed.

All attempts are met with the message "Your user name/password were (was?) incorrect"

In case I had somehow or other got the wrong password (which I am sure I haven't) I tried to get confirmation via 'Forgot password?' but to no response.

What does the padlock symbol mean ?

Am I barking up the wrong tree ?

The padlock symbol means you have locked that member from doing anything on the forum. I am not sure if this is your problem or not but that is what that means.

Thanks,
I've added a new topic, which I hope clarifies my question.

if the padlock is closed that means that the accoutn is active and is unlocked...if the padlock was open that means that the accoutn has been locked.

just hover your cursor over the image and it will tell you what it does

hoep that helps
