You said you increased from 8 answers per poll to 9 answers per polls in the admin options, but I see 8 as the option in your image.
But something doesn't seem right here (apart from the obvious error). You had 8 answers per poll as the default. You created a new poll, filled in all 8 answers and you voted in it as well. Yes?
Then you went back to the admin poll options and increased from 8 to 9 answers per poll and submitted it, then you got the errors?
