Have you tried to install the product yourself by following the readme? If so what problems have you run into? I am sure if you will give it a go and if you run into trouble someone would be much more willing to help than to do it for you. Give it a shot lots of people are here to lend a hand if you get stuck
First off you need your config.asp to have the database info for you db. Second you have to run your setup.asp. this is done by opening your site with a /setup this will allow you to load the tables into your database. You are either having trouble with your connection string in your config.asp or you have not run the setup
