Hello: I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question. If not, someone please point me in the right direction.

A few months ago, our local administator started a snitz forum called Rider Central which deals with the New Jericho ATV park in Northern NH. For some reason, I couldn't get on via the nornmal way. I found another site that would let me register and go all around the site and everything was fine. Last week, everything went bad again. The site claims that I am constantly logged in, but whenever I try to go to different topic, it reverts me back to the log-in page. It is a very informative site and I am getting totally frustrated. Can someone help Please???????????

Hi hdysans,

I think you need to take this up with the administrator of the forum - here we write and provide the software and support to the site administrators, but we really can't help users of those administrators forums (for instance maybe he has modified the code in some way, and indeed only he has the priveleges to be able to se ehis database of users, etc)

If the administrator of that forum needs assistance, please ask him to ask here, I'm certain someone will be able to help him out, but without his access and priveleges etc, there really is no more we can do!

Hope this helps

Thank you both for the info. I have done both of these things and the site doesn't work. This morning, the Admin told me that He deleted my user name and to try re-registering. Now I can't get by the agree/cancel policy page.
Is there another place on this forum that I might be able to get help of this nature????

Thank You

As PD said, without the administrator to provide us with additional information we'd require, we can't be of any help, really.

Try disabling your firewall and/or AV software while registering.

You may want to speak to your administrator about installing the Referrer mod.

Your firewall should not prevent you from logging in only from registering.

If you are asking the forum's admin to install the Referrer Mod, please bear in mind that the problem is with your firewall, not with Snitz so don't have ago at them if they choose not to install it Indeed, it would be a better idea if you encouraged them to upgrade to the latest version of Snitz, which not only includes a workaround for this issue but also includes many other fixes and improvements.

I concur, keep your firewall on and gently suggest they upgrade is the best plan :)

Hello: Come to find out, I had 2 firewalls. One with Road Runner called EZ Firewall and the other is Windows Firewall. When I disengaged the Road Runner Firewall, I was able to register, log in and go thru the site, but the minute I put the Road Runner Firewall back on, I would get back to my same problem. Does this make any sense to any of you?
Thanks again
