There a a parasitic user in my forum that signs up under different user names and different emails. He doesn't post anything, just adds new members of himself.

When I delete him, he re-subscribes and has now about 8 user names, adding 1 or 2 new ones a day!

Is there any danger in this regard? Could he be clogging anything on the long run doing that.

I know it's the same guy because he uses the same domain for his email which is gawab.com

Yes, block all attempts to register with e-mail addresses from that domain - they're spammers. A quick search should turn up a few different methods of doing this.
