Snitz does not have a feature like that. I wish it did and I've been meaning to implement something like that for awhile but have never gotten around to it. Anyway, the answer to your question is no, it would require a special mod to implement that feature.
Ehm....I think I know what you mean 7055, and if you mean that the [noubbc][/noubbc] tags would disable all forumcode within those tags, I've got it at oxle.com. Not released as a separate mod though. I'll look into it today, and wrap it up as a mod.
