I have deleted a user from a Forum. It appears that he had bookmarked a particular Topic page and when he chooses that bookmark it takes him straight into the Forum at that topic. I'm still investigating if he can go to other pages.
No problem there, unless registration is required on your forum. If it's not, then anyone can read topics on your forum.

It could well be a caching issue at his end. Test it yourself by logging out of your forum and trying to navigate directly to a topic. How do you know he is actually seeing the topic contents?

Whoops, sorry. When I was testing it I had forgooten that the page might be in cache. I've now cleared my own cache and that seems to be ok. I'll have to try and get my ISP to clear the main server cache.
