We're hosting a forum for a friend, the forum is located on our servers and the site is hosted elsewhere. Firefox works as it should, but in IE, when you login, you never really log in. You have no options, etc. I've searched this forum, and came up with one result, but doesn't appear to work. I've tried this on several machines and it will not work in IE.

Any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated!

Thanx!
P

The solution you tried, was it adding a compact privacy policy?

Looks fine, but when you login with IE, it will not work in frames... Did you setup an account?

Not sure about the compact privacy policy.

Thanx!

Hmmmm, I can't find a repsonse.buffer in the config.asp file, only a couple of response.redirect.

Any thoughts?

Thanx!

It's right near the top ;)

mine in modded but it's line 45

so the first part of codeing should look like this

Session.LCID = 2057 '## Do Not Edit
Response.Buffer = true
Response.AddHeader "P3P", "CP=" & chr(34)

I think that worked... :)

I just sent an email to the guy running it asking him to test it out, we'll see what he says.

Thanx a bunch to all of you who helped in such a quick manner!
