I have a Windows 2000 Server with a fresh installation of the latest version of Snitz installed and working with DB authentication. The server is a member of our AD domain (single domain in, I believe, native-mode). The forum directory has "Allow Anonymous" disabled.

When I switch the authentication type to NT, it bombs on the same line that other people have complained about. With the current version, it is line 803 of inc_common_func.asp:

Set strNTUserInfo = GetObject("WinNT://"+strNTUser)

The main reason I went with Snitz for our internal forum was because of the NT integration. Now that we have AD, Snitz does not seem to work with it.

Is there any chance the next version will include code for authenticating against AD and having at least THREE authentication types (DB, NT, AD)?

Even a mod from someone would work. I really don't want to have to start searching for another forum software.

Thanks.
