Go back through the readme and double check that you have made all the necessary changes and done so correctly. If you have any other mods installed, beware of overwriting any code that you may have added with them. Are you receiving any error messages? A link to your forum would be handy so we could see what is happening as would a *.txt copy of your default.asp file.
