Have you run the photo_album_setup.asp (i.e. http://yoursite.com/photo_album_setup.asp) from your site. It requires that to be run to create the tables in your DB. Have you also got the read/write and modify permissions on the folder you want the images to go to?
You need to be logged on as Admin to run it. Have you also created the folder where you will be sending the photos? Do you want to email the url of your site so I can work out if you can use the MOD?
Can someone tell me if I am installing from fresh do I need to do this section as per instructions
Using Nconvert.exe: You must have ASPExec installed on the web server. You must copy Nconvert.exe to a folder that has execute permissions. You must set the group Everyone to have read, execute, and list permissions on the folder.........etc
