I just setup the Avatar MOD of doramoon and it worked very good except members (even moderators) can't change their Avatars from their profiles. In their profiles they are seeing

Avatar
NONE SELECTED

My Question is what is the workaround to solve this problem.

Okay now I installed another MOD, so I can change the Avatar now.. but what to do with my existing users. They still don't have any option to change the Avatar

Any Answer for this questions from my senior colleagues. Also how do I enable the original size of avatars image and not limit it by 64*64 or 32*32 etc. However I will still want to set maximum limit by 300*300 so member will not upload some big image which ruins my forum display. Thanks for appreciation.

Go thruogh the readmes for both the avatar mod and Dora Moon's add on to double check that you have followed all the instructions correctly and made all the necessary edits.
