I have installed the Poll Mod and all seems to be okay except for the error I get when trying to unlock the poll - see http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=56724

Anyway I notice that when you generate a poll you get two buttons - Vote and View Results. If you click on the View Results you get to see how many people have voted for which options. There is, however, no button to go back to vote. If you choose to look at the results before voting the only way to get back to actually vote is to use the browser back button.

Is there a way to add a 'Back to Vote' button on the results page or even a link? Other forums I belong to have a 'Back to Vote Options' button.

As I understand it, if you choose to view the poll results without voting, you cannot then add your vote.

If you hit the back button on your browser you can then vote. It's just that theye is no link from viewing the poll results back to the voting options.

Shaggy, you can turn on/off that option. It's not hard coded into the code.

SlipStream, good point. Post a link to a txt version of your topic.asp file and I'll give you the code to add a Back to Vote button.

Something I will keep in mind for the next version.

Thanks, Davio Wasn't 100% sure on that as I've never used your mod - that clears that up

You're right. I'm a little too willing, aren't I?
Ok, let me give you the code to add such a button and you figure out the rest. How about that?

Just realized I need your inc_header.asp file too.

Sorry slipstream, work has gotten me bogged down. Will see if I can get the code for you over this weekend.
