Here's my situation: I have installed the Forum on a Server by my provider. Since I do have to use ASPEmail, because my provider does not support Cdonts anymore, the subscription mails to not always arrive.
What could be the reason ?
I also do have a long response time, when a new post is made.
Could the mail server be overloaded, leading to the long response times?
Emails don't arrive for a variety of reasons;
1. The destination mail server may not be responding in a timely fashion 2. The email could be delivered to a bulk email folder and deleted accidentally 3. Deleted by a spam filter
