My webhosting service has the following email components installed:
ASPMail
ASPEMail
ASPQMail
CDONTS
Chili!Mail
GeoCel
JMail

Of these which one is the best and most flexible?

I like using CDONTS. Whether it is the best I can't say, but I haven't had any trouble with it.

JMail is usually quite reliable, one thing to note about CDONTS is that it's no longer being developed and any form of official support will most likely disappear end of this year when NT4 extended support also officially becomes retired.

The Persits one ... ASPEmail I think. I use it for a lot of other things as well.

I tried JMail as the free version ended up buying it, highly recommended.
