That's the only thing I can think of. Adding a break after the body tag should force everything down. If it doesn't, the issue isn't in the file. |

Erasing the temp files didn't help. Thanks, though.
I'm looking for someone who knows .asp coding or these Snitz forums, so we can simply stick in a blank line without putting it in the title bar. Anybody?
Thanks, Jason |

I think you'll find everyone who has tried to help knows both the forums and .ASP quite well |

There should be two body tags in that file, you need to add it after both of them. |

I just tried putting the <br/> tags after each <body> tag in inc_header.asp, but it didn't help.

where did the 80 consecutive </font> tags come from? I see them when doing a view source of your site.
there is also a <br> in front of the title and the alt of your image. They won't actually be parsed, they are just showing up as is in your page title and in the alt text of your image. I'd remove them.
I'm not seeing what you describe (the top text and graphic run into it), it looks just fine to me. Do you mean the dropdown menus when you mouse over the items in your navigation menu? |

Richard,
Thanks for your post.
If I drop the <br> in my title tag, then the text in the upper right runs into the text in my javascript navigation bar. I found a poor way to make it lower a little.
Do you know a better way?
Sincerely, Jason |

P.S. If you let me know which file has all of the </font> tags, I'll remove them. I can't find them.

There could be something in your javscript navigation that could allow you to have some extra space below it, not sure though. |

I don't know what file it could be coming from. I just saw it when I viewed the source of your page. Try viewing the source of your page from your browser (click on View from the toolbar and the go down to Source). |

Hi Richard,
Please read up. Someone suggested this already. I can't do this because I have this navigation bar on over 60,000 pages and it would mess them all up.

Richard,
I did View Source to verify what you said right after you said it. It's there. I just don't know where.
Anyhow, the font tags are a very minor issue. I still need everything moved down a line.

Did you take the <br> tags out again ? I don't see them in the source code at all.
The font tags may not be as minor as you think, they could easily be causing browsers not to render the page correctly, and may well be why the things we're suggesting aren't working (becuase the really should).
You could also try adding a margin to the body tag too, but I'd fix those font tags up first and then try the earlier suggestions again. |

I was looking at the site for more then half hour, couldnt see what you was talking about. I had a little think then closed FireFox, opened IE and looked with that.
All looks fine here in IE tho.
Really, you should code websites for all browsers |
