Use a component that supports authentication e.g. CDOSYS or Jmail (not free version).

You will need to edit inc_mail.asp to include the username and password.

Ya I get the relay error too. I have un-commented the 3 lines and set a username and password. I still get the error whenever its a domain outside of my own. Is there something specific for the username I need? certain group membership? Im running 2003 server, sql2000 w/sp3a, and exchange 2003 w/sp1. Any help would be very apreciated

You've said you have your own mailserver so you should be putting "localhost" in the server box so that it uses yours instead of your ISP's.

If you must use your smtp.isp.net then I sent you down the right path in my first reply to you regarding how to setup authentication, and I see Podge has also provided a link there with info too.

need a change to inc_mail.asp to just insert your userid/pass details. I know for sure that the code for SMTP Auth when using CDOSYS is there already, just need to have the details filled out and the lines uncommented

Did you checked your Argosoft mail logs/bad mail Q etc ? .. Argosoft is definitely on the same server as your webserver yes? which COM object did you select in the Snitz Mail configuration to use ?

The only thing i can select is Cdosys and it is on the same server.. webmail.domain is the MX and the A Record to access it. BUT for the A Record it is forwarded to IIS and from there changed to domain.com:4001

Did you check your logs and bad mail Q ?

localhost is by the sounds of it what you should be entering as the mailserver (just the word localhost and nothing else).

You don't have the IIS SMTP Service and Argosoft both trying to run and compete for port 25 do you ?
