Banner is way to big. 793 pixels wide is almost the width of 50 percent of internet users screen resolution.

I'd turn off the Moderators column.

Other than that, it is a simple yet appealing look to it.

Indeed ; the logo is WAY too wide!
Good looking forum. But...you should consider removing a lot of forums. You can better start with let's say 5 fora in one or two categories. You can allways create new forums later on, if you really need them.
Lots of empty forums are not very inviting....lot's of zero's on default.asp.

Looks good, I like the colors and the icons fit.
The background of the navigation doesn't look that good though.
