Two Question getting started... The first line in the read me instructions say the following:

To Install:
First Run the database setup...


1. Does this mean do something to my database or does this just mean
do what instructions follow???

2. Once installed, does this allow Administrators to PM All forum users at once in a mass PM?

1) This means going to Admin Options -> Mod Setup and running the database setup file
2) Yes, it does It also has an 'Alert Moderators' function.

1) it means run the private messages db setup file using the mod setup in admin home (you need to upload the db file first).

Ok, which one is the db set up file. What exactly is it called in the zip file?

The file is called dbs_PrivateMessages.asp.
