When new members try to register an account on my board they get this error message.
error says "username cannot contain the word."

I have no idea what it is talking about.
I have tried setting up an account myself and get the same error.
I have tried different email addresses and usernames, but i still get the message.

How do I fix it?

What names have you defined in your username filter?

username filter? Dont even know where that is.
Im running ver 3.3.03, i might not have that.

Thanks, only way it works now for me is to have it off.
I guess I will just have to let the moderators know to look out of bad words.

This is a known issue with 3.3.03. The strategy described in the post always corrected the issue before. Didn't it fix it for you?

Not sure if I understood what it was saying.
As far as I know I have it correct. I only have on instance of each word.

It's not an instance of each word, it's a matter of leaving a space between each word and separator:

word1 | word2 | word2
