When users try to email me through the forum, I dot receive them.
Yet when I email myself from another account I get the message.
What is the deal?

most likely your mail server does not allow relaying, but I'm afraid the only way you can tell for sure is to examine the mail server logs to find out why.

Okay I did a test with 4 of my members
So far I can receive ims from them and so far only one can receive from me. I am still waiting on the other 2. The one who did receive has his own domain. The one who couldn't receive has a yahoo account. I have told him to check his junk folder, i send him another one on top of that and waiting to hear from him.

I think, that it has to do with big companies, like yahoo, hotmail, go, aol. that might be seeing it as spam and not letting it through. I could be wrong.
