Also I have Subscriptions enabled, but I have never once received and email stating that there has been a reply to that topic.

Ther are quite a few security issues with 3.3.x, you really should consider upgrading.

Do the other email functions work on your forum ?

I dont own the server that this forum is running on.
I do have access to a forum folder that has config.asp as well as all the other pages that make up the forum. Do i have the ablity to upgrade it? Or do I have to get in contact the server company to upgrade it?

If you have ftp access to the folder you should be able to upload a new version and then run setup.asp to upgrade the forum.

I do have access to the folder.
Do I first need to remove the old forum folder or leave it?
After I run setup.asp do I need to set up anything else i.e. email info, etc?

Is there an installation guide on this? Dont want to mess anything up.

Don't upload a blank database and overwrite your current one.

You should download it and save it somewhere safe. Its the file ending in mdb if you're using Access.

It should be ok to overwrite the old .asp files (assuming you have a local copy of them also).
