The admin email counts as the email for the whole forums - if it is happening for your members then you have a problem, but I suggest you check that out first. The easiest way around it for you would be to create yourself a new account and use that instead.
Thank you Jezmeister, I made the test by creating two accounts and stripping to receive e-mail. That functions. Thus it is well the account administrator which has access to all. As well better as that is like that.
