What kind of connection speeds to y'all have? I just got my internet installed in my new apartment in Crookson, MN and I'm getting 8.5 m/bit down and 256k/bit up. I wish the upstream were better but I can't complain with the downstream. File downloads now travel at megabytes per second.
What is the speed of some of your connections? |

My connection is advertised as 3MB down and I don't know what up. But I actually have a cap at 1MB down and 256K up.
I should call them about that . . . but 1MB is plenty fast for me. |

DSL with 12Mb down and I don't know going up.
Really would like to try the 100Mb down fiber optic that they're offering in my building... |

Well, aside from checking downloads and doing tests (which are often unreliable as the servers are usually on another continent than I am), there's always the info ISPs provide. |
