I edited the inc_smilies.asp file and the inc_func_posting.asp files. The picture appears on the side with other smilies, but the inc_func_posting.asp does not work, the post just shows the [text]. Is there another file I have to edit?

You'll also have to add your smilies to
inc_iconfiles.asp
and to
function Smile(fString) in inc_func_common.asp
