Anyone notice any problems surfing the net lately? I have. Last night and most of today a number of sites i normally visit were just not functional (slow loading, no 404 errors, just snail paced loading that wouldn't complete itself). I'm not the only one to experience this either. About 5 friends of mine reported the same thing starting last night lasting until about noon today. 2 of the sites affected were Ebay and hotmail. Hotmail itself was acting funny for hours last night, then this morning it went berzerk again for about an hour. I rarely have probs with hotmail (even though i know some people regularly do lol).
