Hi All,
Well first off Thanks You for the Snitz forum it is great and has been the answer for my web site. I have the web site www.legendarytv.com , Please take a look and see what you think of the site. I have just installed the Snitz forum and would like your advice on this and how I should improve it. It is at the moment only in a test area and you can access this here http://www.legendarytv.com/forums , Please can you take a look see what you think and Please let me know how I can improve it any more. I will put it live at the end of the week. Do you think this could be up in the hall of fame??? or is that just wishfull thinking?
Look forward to your feedback.
Regards,
Timothy. |

Shouldn't the site have some content before you put it live? In any case, the order of the buttons at the top doesn't make sense: Register | Contact | About | Home | Forums
Now your forums should at least have the same look as the site for it to be considered for the hall of fame. Right now it looks like an out of the box Snitz with changed colors and logo. So integrate the forums with the site, create and use custom folder icons, perhaps install a MOD or two that might be considered cool or useful for your members, and you'll be in the right direction. |

Sorry timothy, but I cannot say anything else than that I agree with Roland. This is certainly not yet any Hall of Fame material...

Hi,
I understand why it would not be in the hall of fame but I would like to impove it as you said it's out of the box forum. I am very new to all of this and any help and advice is great from you guys. I did try and integrate the forum with my site design but the forum looked squashed and just didnt look good on the eyes!
The buttons I want to change to windows xp style of buttons can I get these easy?
Any more ideas? All help is great as I'm finding it hard to put myself in my users shoe's as it were!
Thanks,
Timothy. |
