Anyone know of a RSS Directory - listing or preferably searchable ?

I am trying to find quite specific feeds about health news.... palliative care to be precise - but cancer related and any health ones I could do with looking at....

I have been searching and trawling search engines for a couple of days.....

I found some good feeds at MedicineNet.com - but if anyone else has got suggesstions - or knows of a RSS index / search facility - then I would appreciate it.

I've been doning the same for general "mainstream" news sources. Anyone know of any? Here is the largest RSS directory site I found, http://www.syndic8.com/
