Gee you guys, at least give the guy an answer .....
Unfortunately, because your invoices have now bloated to 4 pages you will need to upgrade your MS Access to SQL Server, this will ensure that all future invoices are printed on 2 pages. If that doesn't help, I suggest upgrading your printer. Maybe an Epson 4000 or even an Epson 10000 will GUARANTEE that the invoice is printed on 1 or 2 sheets of paper.

^^^ what on earth are you talking about? I gave a legitimate solution. I don't think this problem has anything to do with the size of the database. |

Good onya Doug, nice to know some people appreciate a joke
dayve, so you really understand why someone created a post called "MS ACCESS" and goes on about invoice print sizes ?? .. my printer solution IS legit, I bet a 10000 would only take one page for the invoice.

Yes, I have an Epson 1290, which can print A3. Then it would only be 2 pages. With an A2, A1, or A0 printer, it should not print on more than 1 page.
I have also read somewhere that the printer manufacturers are strieving towards getting smaller and smaller dots when they print. Maybe this also would help. |
kind regards NorwegianViking

it is exactly because he put MS Access that I gave the answer I did. I figured his invoices are being created from an Access Report. Someone please change the title then. |
