Is there any easy wasy of jus applying mods for 3.4.0.3 on a 3.4.0.4 forum, cause all the good mods seem to be for it? or are they just compatible?

Since there are no changes in the database tables/fields since v3.4.03 almost all MODs should work without problems.
The line numbers in the installation instructions may not be the same, so make sure you find the correct spot to modify/add code.
