I just added an avatar mod... downloaded from http://www.snitzbitz.com/mods/details.asp?Version=All&mid=52 ... I installed it and everything... and added couple of pics... but when a user post a topic that avatar doesn't show... it only shows in their profile.... any help or something ?

Looks like you've missed to do the modifications on topic.asp.
Make sure you've added the code to topic.asp as stated in the readme.

man I made all the modification, believed me... I made it and still the avatar isn't showing the posts :S
